“Pantyliners” or “Liners” are another name for a small, light absorbency pad. Generally these do not contain any waterproofing materials. Useful for “just in case”, everyday freshness, spotting or light menstrual flow, very mild stress incontinence (choose a “regular” absorbency and you may need PUL), after sex or pelvic exams or as backup for a menstrual cup.
