Size: “Neophyte” (Approx 25.5cm long, 10cm ends, 6.5cm crotch)
Base Pad Fabric = Polarfleece top (100% synthetic), White PUL backing.
Inserts = Flannelette & Bamboo/cotton terry
Absorbency: Each insert = regular
Waterproofing: PUL

Each insert is made from 1 layer bamboo/cotton terry and 1 layer of flannelette, which is folded into 3rds for use, making 3 layers terry and 3 layers flannelette for a regular flow.  Pad comes with 2 inserts.

Ai2 Or Base&Insert pads feature a waterproofed base pad that has no absorbency itself, with removable inserts that sit on top and can be replaced as needed while leaving the base pad on.

This style of pad essentially gives you 2 pads in one, and reduces the environmental impact by having only the base with the synthetic waterproofing materials, and the inserts made only from natural fabrics.  You may even be able to substitute a folded facewasher or other absorbent item for additional inserts if you wish.
