Comes with 2 double layer hemp/organic cotton fleece inserts which go inside the empty holder to provide the absorbency. The organic cotton jersey is Australian grown and processed certified 100% organic cotton! The inserts give you up to 4 layers of absorbency in the pad. Use one insert for light days and both for medium flow. There is no waterproofing in this pad. "Maiden" size, approx 27cm Long, 7cm Crotch when snapped.
