Heat bond jewellery option - double sided melt (16 in Stock)       Leave Feedback   Email to a friend   Ask a Question 95  Like this product   Tweet Click image for a closer view The heat bonded beads are tiny plastic beads that are melted together with heat, to form the design.  They can be melted on the back only, to show the unmelted beads on the front, or they can be melted on both sides. Some people prefer them melted one side only, some prefer both sides melted - so I'm giving you the option here.  All my designs are shown with the front unmelted, but if you would prefer the front melted too, I can do that for you. (add this item to your cart if you would like the front melted too) Melting them on both sides will give a more blurred effect, and not all the beads will melt the same, so you may have some showing no hole, or some showing a small hole.  This is the main reason I don't melt the front by default, as it has a more even look unmelted. However melting on both sides gives a stronger bond, and is recommended for anything that will be used by children, as pulling on the beads could break them off the design, and melting both sides would make this less likely to happen.  They are still not recommended for children under 3 however.
