A foldup pad has a normal pad shaped top, with a trifold booster sewn to the underside. This trifold part provides the main absorbency for the pad, but can be unfolded to allow the pad to dry more quickly than an All-in-One style pad. To use this pad, fold one side of the booster part over 1/3, then fold the other side ontop of this. Then place the pad into your underpants like you would any other pad (with the trifold size down) The wings snap around to hold the pad in place. This pad is made from flannelette, making 8 layers in total when the trifold booster is folded up. Please see here for more information on fold-up pads. Narrow "Maiden" size (narrower width than my usual Maiden size) - approx 22cm long, 6cm crotch width when snapped.
