No waterproofing. Suitable for a medium-slightly heavy flow. With the double layer of hemp fleece through the wing, this offers extra absorbency for those who flow onto the wing area. This pad is not as trim as my AIO pads with waterproofing however. This is a longer wing version of the "Nymph" size. Approx 23cm Long, 7-8cm Crotch when snapped (2 snap settings)
