Approx: 10cm long. What's a Labinni™ Pad? They are an "Interlabial" pad - one worn between the labia (externally), like a mini pad. See More Information On Labinni™ Pads. They can be used for: Backup for a menstrual cup Instead of a pad or internal product for women with a light flow As extra absorbency when used with a pad Helping to stop the blood "channelling" up the back/front, by catching it before it spreads (Particularly useful overnight). This simply folds in half (or you can roll it), and is tucked between the labia. It can be unfolded for easy cleaning and faster drying. You may fold it so that either side is exposed. Absorbency is around 5mls, so better suited for light flow, short time use for moderate flow or to help direct flow. Using these when there is little or no menstrual flow may feel "drying" on the skin for some women. You can moisten them with a little water for light flow, to help lessen them drying out the skin. They should be changed every few hours, or when full. Wash as you would a cloth pad.
