Fabrics are prewashed in eco-friendly laundry liquid. We have a cat (Not allowed into the sewing room, but is an indoor cat). So if you have an allergy to cats or washing detergents, I suggest you wash and hang them on the line before use for the first time, to remove any potential allergen.
